Any appointment cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will lose the £25 the booking fee.

IMPORTANT PLEASE READ Rescheduling your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment causes lost time and prevents us from filling that appointment slot, which is having a negative impact on our business, to prevent us from having to increase our treatment prices please help us to avoid gaps in our diary by giving us plenty of time to re-arrange should you need to move your appointment day. Thank you.

Please note that the deposit of £25 is non-refundable.

You will be required to contact us via text message on 07887298008 to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the appointment time and you will need to pay the full treatment price to secure a new booking.

We are very sorry that we have to impose these provisions. If we are able to fill your appointment slot with a client from our wait list we will automatically credit your account with £25 you will not need to do anything.

For missed appointments where we have not received any verbal contact or a text message to advise within 48 hours of the appointment, you will lose your booking fee. Any re-booking will be charged at full treatment price and any discounts or special offers will be removed from your account. Treatment packages missed appointments will lose that session.
